When I picked up Original Sinner earlier this year, I was a bit apprehensive. I tend to shy away from dark romance – some of those tropes are just not for me (but no kink shaming here!). Yet, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I absolutely enjoyed it – so much so that I couldn’t wait for the sequel, Wicked Believer by Kait Ballenger.

Pucking Strong by Emily Rath is the fourth book in the Jacksonville Rays series (seventh if you count the novellas) and it was everything I expected and more. Fans of the series will get more of what they love about the world the author has created, plus appearances by the rest of the Rays family from previous books. Humor, heart, and heat aplenty!
